HYDRODERM RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

The new owners of Hydroderm are committed to your complete satisfaction and feel it is important to give you ample time to experience the benefits of these popular age-defying products. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction-guaranteed return policy.

FOR 30-DAY TRIAL ORDERS:

If you ordered a 30-DAY TRIAL OFFER and are not satisfied with the product, request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from the Hydroderm Customer Care Center, info@hydroderm.com., within 30 days of the ship date marked on the purchase receipt packed with your order. You will then have an additional 10 days to return the unused portion of the product to us. If we receive the product within 40 days of the ship date marked on the purchase receipt packed with your order, you will never be billed for the product, and your enrollment in the Hydroderm Rewards Auto-Ship Program will be cancelled. Please note that shipping and handling charges (S/H) are non-refundable.

Per the instructions above, simply follow our easy 2-step return process:

1. EMAIL INFO@HYDRODERM.COM TO REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA);WE WILL EMAIL YOU BACK THE RMA NUMBER WITHIN 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS.
2. RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US WITH THE RMA NUMBER MARKED CLEARLY BELOW THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS

  • Returned products must be received at the above address within 40 days of the order’s original shipping date located in the purchase receipt.
  • You must obtain an RMA number from the Hydroderm Customer Care Center. We will not process packages marked “Return to Sender”.
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked below the Hydroderm Returns address on the package you are returning. Packages without an RMA number will not be processed.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. Depending on the timing of your billing cycle, it may take up to two billing periods for your refund to appear

FOR HYDRODERM REWARDS AUTO-SHIP ORDERS:

If you have enrolled in the Hydroderm Rewards Program, either by placing an order for a 30-Day Trial product or another specially priced Hydroderm offer, and you wish to cancel your participation in the auto-ship program, you may do so by emailing the Hydroderm Customer Care Center, info@hydroderm.com., and an agent will cancel all unshipped orders in your account.

In addition, if you have received an auto-shipment of Hydroderm product after August 10, 2009, and you have not opened it, (i.e. broken the clear plastic seal) and you wish to return it, call the Hydroderm Customer Care Center, info@hydroderm.com. for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). If we receive the returned product within 30 days of the ship date marked on the purchase receipt packed with your order, a credit for the purchase price of the product will be refunded to you, and your enrollment in the Hydroderm Rewards Auto-Ship Program will be cancelled. Please note that shipping and handling charges (S/H) are non-refundable.

How long will it take to process returns?

After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days.

If a credit is applicable to your returned order, please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank’s billing and credit schedule.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact the Hydroderm Customer Care Center at info@hydroderm.com to request an RMA number and get further instructions.

What if shipping and delivery errors occurred with my order?

Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact the Hydroderm Customer Care Center at info@hydroderm.com. immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely matter.
